WOMEN'S ARTISTIC
GYMNASTICS

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics is one of the most popular Olympic sports in the world. Gymnasts perform challenging elements on four apparatus namely – Vault, Asymmetrical Bars, Balance Beam and Floor – with emphasis on agility, artistry, flexibility, power and style.

Gymnasts are judged on difficulty of the exercise, execution, along with dynamics, including height and distance from the various apparatus, and must show strength, flexibility, balance and artistry.

Programmes.

GEMS

The official IGA Women's Artistic Grades. The grades run from February to April and offer Regional Qualifiers and National Finals.

IGA Levels

IGA have designed our Level competitors, these run from September to November and offer Regional Qualifiers and National Finals.

Coaching Courses

IGA offer Coaching Courses across the country ranging from Level 1 to Level 5 from verified Tutors.

Women's Artistic Updates

The IGA updated 2024 Handbook is currently being finalised. This Handbook will be sent out to clubs via email on completion.
