The last few years, have been exciting yet stressful.
Before the pandemic, we saw more people take part in gymnastics, we saw the number of clubs, coaches and gymnasts joining increase as they wanted to become part of a more relaxed friendly organisation. We also saw more people taking part in competitions.
Although in March 2020 the country went in to lockdown due to the pandemic, and we haven’t been able to take part in our sport inside, many people have been taking part either in outdoor sessions when allowed or as part of video sessions at home. With the lockdowns begin to ease more and more people are able to get back to sessions at their club.
As I am sure many of you are aware, over the last few years, we’ve had on-going legal issues with a National Governing Body, we are glad to say this has now come to an end.
Now is the time to really focus our efforts and move forward. The first step is with a major rebrand. We will be offering the same great service and low-cost membership as we have before, and over the coming months you will see a range of changes enabling more people to get involved if they wish.
With a new brand, comes a new website www.independentgymnastics.com (which will be going live later today) we’ve also updated our membership portal. The membership portal can be accessed from igauk.azolve.com. Don’t worry your login details haven’t changed.
If you are a member of our rewards scheme, this is in the process of being updated. Once the update is complete you will receive new welcome email to let you know it is now live. Our general enquiry email will also be changing to email@example.com
