IGA South Levels 7–1 Competition Recap
The IGA South Levels season continued with the South Levels 7–1 Competition, bringing together gymnasts from across the region for another brilliant day of competition.
Following the successful return of South Levels 10 & 9 and the South Level 8 Competition, Levels 7–1 gave gymnasts further along the IGA Levels pathway the opportunity to showcase their routines, demonstrate their progression and celebrate everything they have achieved in training.
A Fantastic Day of Gymnastics
The South Levels 7–1 Competition featured some fantastic performances across all levels, with gymnasts demonstrating a wide range of skills, confidence and determination throughout the day.
As gymnasts progress through the Levels programme, routines continue to develop in difficulty and complexity, making Levels 7–1 an exciting opportunity for gymnasts to demonstrate the skills and experience they have built throughout their gymnastics journey.
It was brilliant to see so many gymnasts step onto the competition floor with confidence and represent their clubs.
Celebrating Progress, Performance and Achievement
The IGA Levels programme is designed to give gymnasts opportunities to progress at their own pace while gaining valuable competition experience along the way.
Throughout the South Levels 7–1 Competition, there were so many achievements to celebrate. From confident performances and personal milestones to gymnasts competing at a new level, every routine represented hours of hard work and preparation.
We would like to congratulate every gymnast who competed and recognise the commitment they have shown in preparing for the event.
Thank You to Our Clubs and Coaches
A huge thank you goes to all of the clubs and coaches who attended and supported their gymnasts throughout the competition.
The time, preparation and encouragement provided by coaches both in the gym and on competition day plays such an important part in helping gymnasts develop their confidence and enjoy their competition experience.
It was also fantastic to see clubs supporting and celebrating one another throughout the event, creating another positive and welcoming IGA competition atmosphere.

Continuing the IGA Levels Journey
The South Levels 7–1 Competition marked another exciting stage in the return of the IGA Levels programme, following South Levels 10 & 9 and South Level 8 earlier in the season.
It has been fantastic to see gymnasts progressing through the pathway and enjoying the opportunity to compete across such a wide range of levels.
