IGA is proud to be in partnership with USAIGC/IAIGC, an international gymnastics organisation that shares our passion for inclusivity, progression and creating exciting opportunities for gymnasts of all abilities.
Through this partnership, we aim to connect clubs and gymnasts across the world, share knowledge and explore exciting international competition opportunities, including pathways towards the USAIGC/IAIGC World Championships.
Together, we’re helping gymnastics grow beyond borders, creating new opportunities, friendships and unforgettable experiences!
USAIGC (United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs) and IAIGC (International Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs) are gymnastics organisations that provide inclusive competitive opportunities for gymnasts of different ages and abilities, bringing clubs together from across the world. Affiliated IGA Clubs are covered to compete here in the UK at the qualifiers to be able to compete at USAIGC provided they have purchased the Membership Bolt On.
Our partnership allows IGA to build international relationships, share knowledge and explore exciting opportunities for our affiliated clubs and gymnasts to participate in gymnastics on a global stage.
Our partnership aims to create opportunities for IGA gymnasts to experience international competitions. Participation will depend on the relevant event requirements, eligibility criteria and qualification procedures.
The World Championships are an international gymnastics event bringing together qualifying gymnasts from participating countries to celebrate their achievements, compete and experience gymnastics on a global stage.
Absolutely! One of the key principles of USAIGC/IAIGC is providing inclusive competitive opportunities across a range of levels, encouraging gymnasts to progress at their own pace while enjoying positive competition experiences.
Clubs wishing to participate in opportunities organised through IGA will need to meet the relevant affiliation, membership, insurance and event eligibility requirements.
