IGA is pleased to launch a brand-new Introduction to Tumbling Workshop, taking place on Saturday 25th January from 10:00am–1:00pm at Orchards Gymnastics Club.
This workshop has been designed to support coaches who are looking to build a strong foundation in tumbling. It will focus on key tumbling skills, progressions, and safe practice, providing both practical guidance and technical knowledge to help coaches confidently deliver tumbling within their club programmes.
