Aim of the course Women’s Artistic Level 4 will qualify you as a senior coach. In this position you will be able to oversea Level 3, 2 and 1 coaches.
Duration: Our Women’s Artistic Level 4 course is a two-day in-person program. Throughout the course, participants undergo ongoing assessment, with a final exam. In certain cases, attendees may be required to submit videos as a component of their assessment.

Whip flic and backwards somersault combinations
Double backwards somersault tucked or piked
Backwards somersault stretched with 11⁄2 2/1 and 2 1⁄2 twist
Bar Skills:
Blind Change
Full turning Giant
Stalder/Toe on to handstand – with 180o turn
LB to HB and HB to LB tranisitions Stretched backwards somersault dismount with 1/1 turn (backaway with 1/1 twist) Double backwards somersault dismount tucked or piked
