Firstly don’t panic, it’s a very simple solution, Kindly ask the parent to log in and up date their details to the child’s it’s vital they remember to update their name and DOB! They want to look out for this bright yellow button on their profile.
When a gymnast or coach is transferring clubs, they can manage this themselves by removing the club they are attached to and adding yours to their profile, or you can put in a request for them by heading to your club profile and clicking transfer.
It’s important that the member checks to see if they are successfully connected to your club, if they aren’t they won’t appear on your portal. Members can connect by adding there club on there profile by looking for this:
First and foremost, don’t panic! JustGo provides our team with the ability to merge accounts. Upon noticing the duplication, don’t just remove the account, contact our team at info@igauk.com and provide the name and membership numbers of the account and our team can merge all of the members information into one account.
