IGA is proud to announce a brand-new training initiative: the first-ever WAG Workshop Day, taking place on Sunday 20th July 2025 at Harlow Gymnastics Club.
This one-of-a-kind event offers apparatus-specific training workshops for each level of gymnast and coach. With sessions tailored to the individual apparatus (Bars, Beam, Vault, and Floor) and structured by level — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — this format ensures highly focused, relevant instruction for all attendees.
A Fresh Approach to Gymnastics Training
Unlike traditional all-in-one workshops, IGA’s WAG Workshop Day is designed for precision and progress. Each workshop targets one apparatus at a specific level, allowing for deeper skill development and more meaningful coach support.
Each session is 2 hours long and delivered by IGA’s experienced tutors, with a strong focus on drills, technique, and progression appropriate for each level.
Whether your goal is to specialise in a single apparatus or build confidence across the full WAG programme, coaches and gymnasts can customise their day by selecting the workshops that matter most to them.
Bonus for Coaches:
Workshops are scheduled throughout the day, so coaches can attend as many as they wish — even all four apparatus workshops if they’d like a full-spectrum development experience.
